Konkan Railway — madgaon railway parcel office

Hello,
My household kit as mattress, kitchen utensils etc was loaded from ujjain station on 19/03/19 to be unloaded at Madgaon Railway station. But due to negligence of incharge there at that time on that day my luggage went to kochhivalli or somewhere nobody is giving me any assurance.
The person who cut receipt was telling me that when it will come you will be informed. And when I asked there supervisor contact no. they were not willing to give. I went there from mapusa which is around 50km from Madgaon. And yet they were not giving me any assurance about my luggage actually where it is and when it will be delivered. It was loaded from ujjain because the supervisor there had given the slr no. So please help me out I am really worried about my luggage actually where it is now. Please help me out.
