I have been asked to provide bank details multiple times and when i did not receive the refund they said that it has been issued earlier. When asked for transaction id nothing was given. My refund was supposed to be issued on 3 April 2023 and due to come issue I got a mail on 18 April 2023 from Koovs to provide new account details as the amount bounced from the bank account. I gave them the new details and on May 22 2023 when i again contacted the customer care service via email cause there are no answers when called on the phone. Their reply was that i refund was issued. I shared all the last email clarify no refund has been issued and they mailed me saying that the matter has been escalated to the concerned team. No response since then one of the worst shopping experiences!!
