My order id-6681161 is not yet dispatched even after 4days from the date of order. I placed the order on 6/09/2019 and today its10/09/2019. Even the customer care number provided is wrong. Three of my other friends are also facing the same issue. I want to raise a serious complaint against koovs. They are literally bluffing all the online buyers. Attaching order screenshot for proov. Kindly help me against koovs
