Koryo — washing machine drum not working

Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you that, we have KORYO washing machine fully automatic and we are using this product, we are complaining that we have problem in machine not working and we called several times to customer care, but still not yet solved. This is not good for Koryo company, kindly solve this issue on top urgent basis.

Koryo — Washing machine motor not working

Address: New ashok nagar, delhi

I bought koryo washing machine in 2018 from big bazaar mayur vihar outlet. Now its motor not working. Display and power working. Now customer care executive said that koryo company is shutdown and they are dealer. And they will charge for visit and repair. Visit charge is ok. But why I pay for motor repair. When its under 10year motor warrenty. Koryo company need to solve this issue on priority or else I moved to consumer court....
