Kotak Life Insurance And Kotak Bank — Deduction of earned commission for unknown reasons .

I worked as life advisor since 12 years recently I made 3 insurance cases . I didn't got my commission in time so I asked my branch manager but he told me co will send it .so I waited for deposition of commission in bank . After one and half Month I received only 1 /3 rd ammount and rest was withheld by kotak life insurance / or kotak mahindra bank .I want explation in writing why my funds were withheld .why co should charge us .Pl let me know why money was deducted at disbursal level . Co should have not gave me a statement for what it is deducted. If this is cheating pl refund my money. Thanks
