Kotak Life Insurance — Fraudulent Job Offer

Nowadays I think to meet sales target the Kotak Life insurance people are calling up random people from job portals telling them that they have been selected for a some post (They made up, they keep changing the name of post but all posts are a scam). When they people come in for interview they start giving a sales pitch about how you can earn 35k after 2 months, if you just worked hard for two months and sold insurance worth 50k. I knew that Kotak has been doing this little game for a while, when the lady called me up for an interview I specifically asked whether they post is for Finance. The lady has been calling me for 6 months and whenever says the name of any made up post she always tells me the same answer whenever I ask the same question, "Yes, it is a post for finance which is suitable for you". I also specifically asked them that whether I would have to sale any insurance at first because as I told, I knew about this little game. She tells me no, those are applicable for fresher and as I am not a fresher I would not have to sale any insurance. Imagine my amazement when I went to the interview and I start hearing the same thing when I went there. Firstly they kept me waiting for one hour and then they brought me up to a shifty guy, he was a stutterer and all of his ways suggested that he was not an HR just a normal employee meeting his sales target. Suffice to say, I tore him a new one and got out from there. I was called for an interview today at Kalighat, they told me I will be earning 50 k per month for a post called EIAP, but before that there will be 4 months training and during this period I have to sell 12 insurance of 30k each . And also I will be paid 90 k during training period. The office is at Kalighat Merlin link building. Kotak life. Don't know what to do?

Yes, Kotak life insurance agents in kolkata are abetting this scam. First they will tell you that you will get Rs 30k salary per month and rope you in for some training, then they will ask you to clear the IRDA life insurance agent's exam at your own cost (Rs 1200 to 1400), and after passing the exam, they will tell you that its a freelance work where you don't get paid any monthly salary, but you earn a commission of 5% on each policy you sell.
There is no written agreement, and I doubt if they pay you anything at all.
As soon as your contacts are exhausted, you are kicked out.

I had been called for an interview but when I went there it was a conference hall there were a few people, one guy gave us a ppt on kotak and convinced us why to join it and that we have to pay a registration fee of 1200 and join a 6 day training and by 1 month we' ll earning 50k not sure what to do about it. I again got a call from a agent who pretended to be from Kotak Mahindra. He asked me to come to Kotak Mahindra Bank at Shyambazar.
Said me that I don't have to sell anything but their is multiple posts and I have to appear for a interview. Based on my skills, qualification and current designation they will provide me a suitable position.
Such a big SCAM !!

This is really scam, they have changed me Rs. 1250/- for IRDA examination, at first they told me that, this is not a sales related job profile, but finance related job. After reaching there I got to know that I have to sale their services for the sake of training. Then only I will become a T.L of the insurance agent (offered position by the interviewer). Even they have digitally signed me some kind of declaration form over the phone, which I don't agree, and the Terms and Conditions of the declaration form was totally different than the interviewer said at the time of interview. Kotak Mahindra Kolkata company, this is not expected.
