Seeking Justice ; help or referral... I have a friend logged 18 sebi scores cases against kotak securities limited seeking justice for sebi violations done on her account with out her consent [brokerage plan changes, account changes, account dormanted/reactivated, segment activated/deactiavted without investor consent etc... excessive brokerage charges charged 19 lakhs instead of 19000 rs ]... multiple Unilateral forced decisions not given...

Dear Kotak Neo.
Today I traded with my Kotak Neo App[protected] i bought a call of 47700 (02:11PM) whose price was 38 /- rupees at that time after that I was selling at 02:20 at the price of 42/- Rupees but at the same time due to hanging of Kotak Neo App I could not sell I tried many times at the same time but app for a long time The hang lasted for about 20 minutes. I think its not my fualt its done from your side. Due to which...

First they gain our trust then they commit things and when We Trade they will punch Orders ASAP and If you want to Square off positions app will be STOP working. Give us OUR MONEY BACK OR DELETE THESE TYPE OF APP PLEASE STOP THESE SCAMMERS ....
