Koviwear — Wrong item received

I ordered the product but I received the wrong item I also tried to contact koviwear website from gmail but no one is answering me and according to the return policy I can return my product within 30 days and I received my order today itself that is 3rd June 2022
I want to return my product as well as want my money refunded
