Yesterday, 31august, 2018 i haven't received any delivery of black georgete dress but company is sending me msg of delivery of my prepaid order no.[protected]. Its tracking number is[protected]. From last 12 hours i'm not getting any reply or response from kraftly.com regarding dress ordered by my spouse if i didn't get the delivery than where is my ordered parcel. Plz help me...

Return for order no. [protected] i had put in a request for a refund for the above mentioned order the product was returned to the kraftly.com and was picked up by ecom express private limited.. Ecom airway bill number.[protected] order number. [protected].. Almost 4 weeks after multiple follow ups via email. And chat with you it has been more than a week since the product was picked. Up and i have no call /email informing me about the refund...

I have order the woodland shoe with offer. The original price of shoe is 3195 rupees with offer product final price 1799 is mentioned in the website. I have ordered this product with cash on delivery. The product delivered in two days. But the problem is whatever i ordered the product is not delivered. Instead of woodland shoe they were delivered 999 rs worth of another shoe not even branded shoe. I was trying to reach the customer support...
