Krafton — Account Banned

I have been playing PUBG MOBILE for 3-4 years . When BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA came i transffered my PUBG account to BGMI. Everything was fine since last night but today morning when i opened BGMI game my account was banned for 10 years .I play gently and not violating there rules and regulations .I am sure that they banned my account mistakenly. Please help me to get my account back as soon as possible .
