I haven't taken any loan, but am receiving texts related to repay

I haven't taken any loan from Krazybee, I didn't even know about this app that much, but still am daily receiving calls and messages from spam accounts that i am a guarantee to person name ANURAG SACHAN, I don't know who is he, today i received a message that a police complaint is filed against him under 420 section.
But I don't know why these texts coming to me.
Please work in this issue....

Three accounts showing in my cibil

Harassment

I have closed my all loan with krazybee and they haven't provide NOC yet...it was during corona ...after 2 years they send me mail station a police complain can file against me ..this is harrashing people and krazybee have to resolve it asap or i have to move with legal proceeding and filed a case of 5000 against defamation and harrashment...

Loan account showing wrong status

Team please clear asap,

1. My loan account showing wrong details I cleared my all dues on time but still showing settled status on my credit report request you to please resolve it.
I have a payment successful mail on 4/09/2018 or in my report also delayed payment on September please check & resolve

Loan still reflecting in my cibil

I have already paid off my loan from KrazyBee, but for some reason, it is still showing as pending in my credit report. I am willing to pay any remaining amount that may be due, but unfortunately, I have been unable to contact KrazyBee's customer support team as their phone lines seem to be closed. Can you suggest any other ways that I can reach out to them and get this issue resolved?...
