Complaint about too many messages calls

Hi kredit bee i knew we have taken loan for personal problems but i should te this really i am fed up with your too many calls and msgs whatsapp msgs to remembering me its completely mess you have all the proofs right charging more interest too, i hope you are happy, if we missed the due date then you can do the nonsense why doing before, just frustrating recall msgs...

Loan

Iam a customer of kreditbee for last 4 years. Due to unemployed for last 3 months iam not able to pay on due date, but iam paying every month as on date i get a help from my friends, they are torturing like any thing, they are calling daily to my friends and family members and spoiling my character, iam in very very bad situation right now without a job and stressed, i said i will make the payment but they are not accepting and asking me...

I take laon from kreditbee and I filled half of the amount in November 2021 and 1700 rs is remain... Currently I am unable to repay payment now... I will fill it but it takes some time because I am unemployed... They repeatedly call on my number and my family members mobile number and speak dirty words.ex .. Bhikari hai tu chor hai tu and etc... Please resolved this issue...

Delay payment

I lost my job and my grandmother is in bed rest my father didn't take care my family since my childhood, now for my long leaves to take my grandmother for hospitals I lost my job, If have money first of all I pay the kreditbee loan so please don't push me like that I know I lend money from you and I have to pay it. Please leave penalties and other I will pay whenever I get a job, this is not a complaint don't pressure me I have alot of problems...
