This is to bring to your kind notice that:
1. I Sqn Ldr Digvijay Singh had booked a flat dec 2013.
2. I have paid rs 8, 02, 000/- to builder though cheque.
3. Builder had promised me to deliver flat with 36 month in builder-buyer agreement. Now after more than 4 years have been passed. There is no progress on the project/construction work. Construction work is still nil.
4. Basically this builder is totally fraud. Builder primary job is to trap innocent customers. Now builder has opened a new company. This new company is selling same project (Where i booked flat) to new customers. This is builder website http://krishnaaprameyagroup.com, where you can check builder have change the company name.
5. Builder has registered the same project in rera too.in rera builder has mentioned year 2017 as a launched year.
6. I visited builder office more than 100 times and asked him to refund my hard earned money. But builder is not refunding.
7. I am feeling completely cheated and mentally harassed besides having huge loss on the interest on the booking amount.
8. I recently came to know builder have registered so many such companies, in which same practice going on.
