Today 12/10/2015 i went krishna bajaj Sec-14 old DLF to received my Pulsar-150 bike.
when i told the work shop incharge my bike status;he replied;tuesday is remaing close work shop.I requested him, he again replied;you should see the service receipt;than you have to come.According to service reciept sunday is closing day.
After that he started argument with me;
you have to come after telephonic contact.
what is your status;
I know your status very well.
Today I m in Navratra Fast;so i am not using my abusive language.
This is not first time;
When I bought my bike;he issued the paper from two addresses;
some document from Sec-14 address and some from Railway road krishna bajaj addresses.
Due to this problem i have faced to make my R.C from Delhi authority.
When I told to rectifty document address;
He told me leave the document and come after two days.
but after two day problem was still;no address has been change in document;
When I told him about the same issue;he started argument.
So;I request to you please see the costumer problem'
this types of behaviour is not good for the company future.
