I am a Prepaid user of Vodafone and my current balance is -94.53, i dont understand in prepaid service, how a service provider provide you service with negative balance and it goes to94 . i have raised this issue with Vodafone but they are not taking it seriously . can you please help me out in solving this matter with Vodafone .
