Can you justify this Change fee of INR 12800/-?

It is beyond our imagination.

The total cost to & Fro it was only Rs.14432/-when it was booked on 03.12.16.

When we want to change the date they just informed us that the differential fare of Rs.7283 plus there is levy of penalty fee of Rs 1750 for cancel the flight tickets booked online or change the dates of journey.

It Seems something wrong with your charges.

Please let us have your chairman’s /MD’s email ID let him also know the fact of your business.

Is it another way of making Black Money ?????

Dear Mam,
As we have booked the ticket on 03.12.16 for 22.12.16 later on 12.12.16 the same ticket we have preponed the date from 22.12.16 to 21.12.16 from DDN-DEL-PUNE for one way for return not changed.
Initially on 03.12.16 the total trip cost of ticket was Rs.14432/- later on 12.12.16 for preponing the date the total trip cost of ticket was Rs.20851/-
We called jet airways for cancellation as well as refund of the ticket, the ticket is cancelled but no refunds was made till date. For your ready reference the details are as under
