Kshirsagar Motor Driving School — Needed Original Road tax refund receipt copy (delivered to my vijayawada address)

Complaint against: Kshirsagar Motor Driving School (Pune), Survey No 53 Shop No 1, Karve Nagar Road, Karve Nagar-Hingne Budrukh, Pune - 411052, Vadacha Stop Near P M C School Detail: I had transferred my two wheeler vehicle from Pune to Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh in the month of July 2013. Kshirsagar has charged Rs. 950/- towards getting NOC, apply for road tax refund in July 2013. Since January 2014, I amd waiting for receipt of road tax refund receipt and kshirsagar is providing lame excuses and not issuing me the original receipt. Due to this I am unable to followup with RTO Pune officials for seeking refund.Its been over 2.5 yrs now and I am fed up calling him up every now and then. Relief Sought: 1 Provide me original tax refund receipt applied in RTO Pune and delivered it to my vijayawada address. If he cannot provide original receipt, please get me certified copy from RTO.
