[Resolved] KSRTC — Ticket is not booked but money is deducted from account | |||
I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to pune, i was taken through online banking where 1033 was deducted but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer care. i could not find any way to reach out to ksrtc to get my money refunded. Tried to book a ticket on ksrtc, money got deducted but ticket is not booked, trying to contact on given phone number. Not a single number is picked.

They have written in the mail with OB number, confirm before booking another ticket.
I have checked online, no where it is showing about booking in my name.
I dont know, what to do, should i book another ticket or should i wait.

I tried to book ticket through ksrtc website after the payment it has shown an error message and money got deducted, afterwards i didn't get any response about my ticket.

I am writing to inform you that I booked 2 tickets for the travel date 24/06/2022 on the KSRTC Mobile App (Route- Banglore to Kannur).
OB. Ref. No: OB49762090 & OB49761899.
The Transaction was processed and the money was debited from my account, but the tickets were not booked and the status on the KSRTC Mobile app shows the transaction failed. It is been 5 days and I haven't recieved the refund yet.
I would like to receive the refund at the earliest. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.

but didn't get any confirmation ticket but my money has been deducted from my account

Transaction done on 27/01/2023 but transaction status in pnr enquiry board is showing failure but money has been deducted from the account.Kindly address this for OBI reference code OB53912468
