Kstrc — amount got deducted

Hi sir/madam i am divya tried to book the bus tickets by using my debit card from ksrtc online ticket bookings on 26/12/2019. While booking ticket, the transaction was failed from ksrtc. But from my debit card account amount for rs.764 got deducted. I. Below is the online transaction reference number and other detail. Ob reference no - ob41319744 email id - [protected]@gmail.com transaction date - 26th dec 2019. Looking for refund. Note - i have included my e-ticket ob-ref emails as well for your reference.
