Kuber logistics promised delivery of my shipment (Mumbai to thrissur) within 4-5 days. This shipment includes a lot of valuables. It's been over 2 weeks, and there is no sign of a delivery any time soon. When contacted, they are proficient at giving unreasonable excuses like "the truck broke down", "the company had a week long holiday", etc. They also provide very vague answers regarding the location of the consignment. During one call, they promised to deliver the shipment within 3 days, saying they're in coimbatore, and also promised a full refund in case they failed to do so (We have a recording). 3 days later, they deny the whole thing and threaten to send the consignment back to mumbai if we keep asking for the full refund.
Their behaviour has been disgusting and down-right unprofessional. The least they could do is be honest and provide an actual estimated date instead of playing around. Was this information helpful? |
