I was sent all above challan for over speeding.

When I took the photo, my speed always not more than 90 kmph and the speed limit was mentioned as 80 kmph.

I felt that our police system is working well, but due to some doubts, I
I raised a dispute in the app related to the traffic bill and asked them for the following information

1) If the said speed gun is a speed measuring machine, give the information as to when it was installed

2) Provide the calibration certificate of when the speed gun has been calibrated and the said calibration should be done from NABL lab as it is required as per BIS STANDARD.

3) Name the company that manufactures speed guns

4) Any measuring device should be calibrated as per Bureau of Indian Standards as there may be some gap between the measured speed and the true speed which is specified during calibration.

But give me the above information so I mentioned that I will pay the unpaid bill.

our police system is really working very well.

Now with the advent of such a system, when everything is transparent, it is felt that the police should be hi-tech and monitor from satellite.

8000 rupees fine for over speeding by 10 km is a bit too i have already written to the home ministry to update police system as much as possible but instead o[censored]sing it to harass the common man, it should be used to control the perpetrators of serious crimes.

Road safety is very important but at the same time the common man should not feel that he has committed such a big crime.

Also law should be equal for all.

When the fleet of ministers, MLAs, MPs, police cars go at such a high speed, if they are fined by measuring the speed with a speed gun, they will be fined at least 20, 000 to 30, 000 from the time they leave Mumbai till they reach the constituency. And this fine should be paid from their own pocket when the common people will think that the law is equal for all.
