I gave my vehicle for a claim and along with that i gave it for servicing as well.
I called the service rep, he picked up my call only once in two weeks. I called another, infact the second though he is not responsible and he understood my pain and replied.
They will only call me when they are beneficial like battery is week, do you want to change!! Only such calls but they won't say when will they give it.
Worst of all the service centres of hyundai.
They promised me last monday, even now say they are waiting for some approvals from insurance.
And the customer escallation manager, its just for the sake of it. They don't even understand why i'm approaching.
