I had purchased a 'Bonnel Spring Mattress' from Kurl-on showroom at #469, 18th Main, Ideal Home, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore 560098 sometime during first quarter of the current year.
Of late I find that this mattress is causing back pain for me. I have tried to ignore the pain but its only aggravating of late. I wanted to replacement for my mattress.
When I called the showroom, I was given a a no.[protected] which I tried calling around 4 times, but the call gets disconnected immediately after I am asked to hold the line. Also, the toll free no[protected] mentioned in their website says the number has been disconnected for non payment of dues.
Today I walked into their dealer M/s RR Furniture at Rajarajeswari Nagar and their office person was very rude saying that if I am not able to reach the company thats my problem. He cant help. He only sells.
What kind of customer service policy are they having.
