dear sir/mam I m sub.rajpal yadav serving in indian army while travelling from jajjhar to rewari by using national highway 71 at toll tax before rewari haryana dined to accept indian army identity card and use abusive language and tried to bullied us. I was travelling with family.they show a letter in that it is mention that ambulance of other state and defence personal are not allowed to access the road without paying toll amount. Vehicles like ambulance and other are accepted to use the road without paying toll is under kurukshetra expressway pvt. Ltd.
