Kurukshetra University — Status of reissue DMC online

I Amjid Khan S/O Mohd Shabir Khan applied online for the re issue of 7th semester revaluation DMC (B.tech Civil) on Dated 04/07/2022 with application number
10097740 /[protected], My reg.No. Is 15-ICLA-241 And roll no. 4715770
While filling form mistakenly I didn't mention my address Pincode which is 185131, J&K that is why I think My DMC is still pending.
I applied for the re issue of 8th sem DMC online too on same day and that DMC has reached my address but this 7th sem Revaluation DMC hasn't reached me yet. I need this DMC urgent please help me.
