Kurukshetra University — Transcript not sent to WES Canada

Address: University Market Rd, Kurukshetra University, Thanesar, Haryana 136119

I have submitted the online request on university website to send my transcript with application number:[protected] to WES Canada on June 28, 2022.

I attached all the required documents and paid Rs 5200 successfully to the university. But the university has not sent my transcript to WES so far. And there is no status update after[protected] on the portal for my application. I have tried emailing the university & calling, but there is no response.
