Kurukshetra University — Wes delays

Hi Authorities,
My name is Karamjeet Kaur. Currently I am in Canada and I applied for WES on Jan 15, 2022. But KUK has not sent my required documents to wes. I got several emails from WES that my documents are pending from KUK side. WES asked documents from University by postal.
I call around 10-15 days back to KUK at [protected] and the person told me to send required documents to wes by email. I told him that wes requested by post. But he said how to send? He said to send documents by next day.
So many days have passed and still wes has not get anything from KUK.
It is very difficult for me to call every time due to time zone difference.
