Kuvempu University — convocation certificate not received

I applied convocation certificate more then 2 to 3 time, and still i m not getting proper response in our college and university, last time when i visited university they said we lost all the documents please apply again, then after i applied in university as on dated 24 08 2012, since now i m not getting an proper response. And i attached my convocation applied acknowledgement receipt. Please provide my convocation certificate, and i need to submit in my office for visa purpose, if you need more information please feel free and advice
