Kv Fees — transaction done in bank account but kv account showing unsuccessful

Sir iam minakshi zope i paid fees of july- sep of three months but due to some server problem transcation is unsuccessful but my bank account is showing done and payment cut in my account but in kv account is show unsuccessful sir please refund in my account or give the slip of successful payment slip
