Kvcomputerservice — refund or leads work

My name is kvrathnam, company is kvcomputerservice registered Four months back in your qiukreasy company through Hyderabad branch, I don't get any leads in my surrounding areas so I requested my money refund to manager (Vamshi) he accepted in 15days you will wait, said like this so I waited for four months no refund no leads now he is saying I don't give money refund what ever you want to do you can do saying like this, Iam sending mails to [protected]@quikr.com no response from them customer support team my phone diverting, and after call is cut off customer support team is not speaking with me who can help me, who is justifie me. I paid full amount to the qiukreasy company i didn't earned any single rupee from the qiukreasy company, what is your goals, helping or cheating to the poor people. No respond means deceiving me. is this your qiukreasy management behaviour with poor people is it right way to do like this.
