Bad service from kvr, when i go to purchase my new ritz.please don't go to kvr to purchase, especially through the sales executive Mr.sunil, because he didn't come to deliver the car and all the burden comes to our head.
First i got a car with some damages.at that time sales manager ranjith tell that, we will solve that problem with in a hour..ad i got delivered that car in evening..after the office time..this type of problems are due to the sales executive.If he check these type of problems before the day of delivery to customer may this can solve..they are not believe in ethics that " customer is king"..they believe that " Money is king ".they didn't check whether the customer is satisfied..
After the delivery..three days later sales executive Mr.sunil sent TP, Tax receipt, and furthers original papers through private bus.Even he don't have the time to come customer's home to give the documents..
I got only help through Mr.ranjith and Mr.rinoy...they only help us @ the time of delivery..so please dont take cars through sales executive named Mr.sunil.He is a great Fraud..
