I own a car Swift and had a motor insurance from L&T. My insurance was about to expire on 27/4/2014. I tried to renew my policy on 25th but there was some problem in their portal. I tried on 26th also same thing happened again and on Sunday 27th April i called up L&T Insurance Call center and guy told me "sir you will receive a call from their team by Monday 11 AM, and also my insurance will not get expired."
I waited for Monday, Tuesday and no body called my. I again called L&T call center person told me "might be because of weekend no body have acted on the request". And he told me my car need to be inspected first since policy is expired. I told him it is because of your portal and mismanagement my policy has expired.
Executive told me that inspector will contact me and if i can REQUEST him to come to my office for inspection.
I don't know how these people get licence when they can provide proper service.
