We would like to thank you for sharing with us your experience though it is unfortunate that you were inconvenienced due to breakage of the tea cups. Please accept our sincere apologies for the same. We assure you that our products conform to the best quality standard and it has been our endeavor since past 3 decades to provide our esteemed customers with the very best. However, at times some invisible hairline cracks may appear on the products due to mishandling during transportation of the products from the factory to the shops or from shops to the place of consumption which may result in the breakage later in one-off cases.
Kindly share with us the following details and pictures so that we can review this matter justifiably –
1. A few clear pictures of the broken tea cups
2. A scanned copy of the bill
3. A picture of the MRP Sticker on the box
