Lakshmi Hospital — Negative experience all the time

Below are the bad experiences i had a few months back when i had to consult dr. Lakshmi madam for some regular maternity checks.

1. Improfessional receptionists who don't attend to you until you intervene their chat.
2. Amateur nurses who are always lethargic and irresponsible.
3. You might have to observe the head nurse. She does some favouritism while letting the patients to see the doctor.
4. While on a maternity consultation, most of the couples would prefer it to be private. Here 3 nurses are around just to hear your stories. Not sure, whether they are getting trained from our cases.
5. No transparency in the billing process. You consult the doctor, come outside, one among the three nurses charge you some money. No bills, no breakup. I once had to put an injection. I was asked 400 bucks. I asked for a bill. They gave me a bill for some awc scan which i never had. I have seen so many localites giving 2k, 3k to nurses without asking a question. I am not sure there could be some inclusions by the nurses. Please have a check.
6. Finally the medical store. After consultation, the nurses directly take you to the attached medical shop. You will be put on a situation where you have to buy medicines in their store. I once bought medicines in their store for 2k which i bought for 1.6 k in the opposite medical shop ;)
7. Overloaded patients and staff in peak hours. Staffs create nuissance by chatting while standing in the walk way.

Dear rengaraj sir, these are my observations about the hospital and service. The doctor could be highly skilled and experienced but the environment and outlook is totally negative sir. I request you take care of this and provide quality service to the people of hosur. Its not old hosur. People are getting education and exposure. So. Please...:)
