Regarding the complaint- we recently modified our reception and registration pattern. There will be one to two staff nurses with Madam. We never compel to buy in our pharmacy. You could have got 10% discount in any medical shop but not from any hospital. We maintain bill books for opd and scan. There will never be extra billing. Regarding staff nature and attitude we started giving them training. Thanks for your suggestion.
