After some day on 14/06/2019 I gave him an order of 500 Ream of JK green copier 70GSM for trail purpose and ask for quotation. After getting quotatio on 14/06/2019, he told me due to low quantity order, I must pay them 100% of product then they will deliver to my place. After paying 100% amount to their said bank account which is:-

They Inform me on 18/06/2019 that they are delivering my product through a logistics company named Fadex Logistics (Not FedEx).
And provide me a Tracking Id:[protected].

Now on 19/06/2019 5 p.m. Lalghakliana Printers concern person Mr. Simon Lalghakliana Peter inform me that my product is stuck in Jowai, Meghalaya and I have to pay ₹ 30, 000/- more for insurance purpose after successful delivery they will refund my money but they are not clearing to me how these insurance works and how they will refund that ₹30, 000/- after goods insurance. The Fadex logistics company (not FedEx) also inform me the same So, they pressurized me, if I am going to pay extra ₹30, 000/- then they will move my goods to me. I brought ₹36, 150/- (include GST & Delivery Cost) product. Then I asked him why I have to pay ₹30, 000/- when My goods are only ₹36, 150/- ? They only told me if you are not going pay ₹30, 000/- we will not deliver your product. So I told them for refund my payment but they are now refusing to refund my payment and also told that if I will not pay extra ₹30, 000/- they will not deliver that product or refund my payment. Now I am in a situation where I don't want to put ₹ 30, 000/- without any valid reason. Currently I am feeling that I scammed by that person and their company. Now they are constantly force me to put ₹30, 000/- into their account which I mentioned before, If not nighter they refund my money nor they deliver my product. Sir/Madam I am a new start up company, this is my first purchase and I am feeling my capital is in danger. I am not inform them that I am going to complain to Consumer forum because of fear of loss money, so I keep talking with them till now. But currently I thing only you can help me on this situation. I just want my Product delivered to my place or refund my money into my account. I have all documents which is related to this matter, And I am attaching here Quotation, Bill of Purchase and the mail copy where they ( Lalnghakliana Printers & Fadex Logistics) mention about extra ₹30, 000/-. I also have all conversation documented into my WhatsApp Please Sir/Madam resolve this problem as soon as possible I can do business. If this problem is not resolved I will not able to do business in future. I have to closed my business, because this type of scam will destroy us who are new in Start up.
