Land Twister — not returning the money

I went to jtpl office for inquiring about the property (3 bhk flat) which is situated in kharar - landran rd, sector 115, sahibzada ajit singh nagar, punjab 140301 where i have met this man (Pankaj sood) and he told me that he is the owner of that property and showing himself as a big business tycoon. He is very good in doing the buttering to people with his soft and calm voice but poor people don't know that what he will gonna do after fixing of the deal.

The final rate he had given to me was 31 lakh and he told me that you need to pay some amount to hold that property, so that he will not do any deal for that property with any other person. I have 35 thousand in my account at that time and i had paid him 33 thousand to hold that property, after that in the evening of that same day i went to jtpl again with my wife and my friend and inquired about the property with localized peoples and families who are already residing there and there we came to know that property for which he was dealing with us was the disputed property and it was in the same state from the past 2-3 years (The building was 70% completed but left with plaster and other finishing things) after that on the next day i have asked the agents of pankaj sood to send me the registry of that same building because after the first meeting he will not attend your call in future and his agents will have the words with you, when i saw the registry then i realize that he is just a broker because there was some other person's name on that registry and his name was jagjeet singh and it was neither in the name of pankaj sood or nor it was on the name of land twister and he is demanding all the remaining payments of the property in his account. He is just a broker and brokers have the commission from the builders and the owners of that property, i don't know why such * are asking for the payments of the property in there own accounts, what will be the guarantee that they will provide that money to the real owners of the property?

After that i have checked this men's (Pankaj sood) track record in the real state community and also checked people's reviews on the internet where i have seen that this men have ate lot of money from the people by providing them wrong deals and he is having the very best track record of not providing the money to builders and real owners of the property. So, i have changed my mind not to have the deal with this person and on the same next day i have again gone back to his office and asked for the refund of my amount, first he said that i will adjust your amount in some other property if you not liking the current one but who can trust on such kind of persons who is looting the hard earned money of the people, till now i am asking them for the refund but he denied that he will not give any refund, how he will took my money, i have not done any agreement with him, he just asked me to gave the amount to hold that property and now he is not returning the money. I am also attaching the receipt of it. Don't get stuck in trap of this person and his agents those are catching people like a fish, the name of his major agents who are doing frauds are akash and gaurav chibber. Be aware of them.
