Lapinozpizza — complaint against staff and service support | ||
Hi, My order no is 8717240. Today I ordered the large pizza @ 7.54pm, the pizza was ready @ 8.34pm, so i called to store and had a word with POOJA/PRIYA, who said the pizza boy ARUN will leave in 5min, but again when i called to the store around 8.43pm, Still the same answe, the boy will leave in 5min, however the pizza came at 9.30pm, when I asked the delivery boy ARUN he said the pizzas handed over to him at 8.55pm. The pizza was delivered was cold and also took almost 1hr 30min. When asked to delivery boy why so late, he excuses with heavy traffic. But when I went personally to store I reached in. 15min. So said I need fresh pizza and will not hamd over the delivered one, the staff was agreed on my words. However later she denied from her commitment. So I personally visited the store where the delivery boy also arrived, later he started shouting on me rather tha accepting his mistake, also reused faul language. I am heading TO CONSUMER COURT FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR AND SERVICE. I have all proof where in ur staff was in a fault. REMOVE SUCH STAFF FROM THE JOB. THEY ARE RUINING THE BRAND NAME. I WANT A RESOLUTION ON PRIORITY BASIS AND ALSO A APOLOGIES FROM THE STAFF. Regards Was this information helpful? | ||
