one of our client had ordered a product online through STAR CJ ALIVE having its franchisee namely MNM trading solution pvt. ltd. at gurgaon and they delievered to him details of which are as under:
item code 134111/colormone/sizemone/sku:001/item name: smarttab android tablet 7 inches MT 12HD(jelly bean)-AID for rupees 6649/- vide invoice no.[protected] alongwith order no.[protected] on dated 07.04.2013 and same was delievered vide docket no. [protected] in the name of customer sadhuram, resident of Village RAIPUR KHURD, U.T. CHANDIGARH-160003 but same was not in working condition from last 2 months and i had made number of calls at the number given of star cj as well as franchisee but no response was received yet and sometimes they were told sent it to delhi office and same will be repaired soon but how he can sent it to delhi office without getting any receipt against sending to it there. and in this way the company harrashing my client and not ready to replace or repair above said product .
kindly do needfull in this regard to resolve this problem as early as possible.
