Reliance Communications Limited — deduction of money
Sir,Im a customer of reliance telecommunications.My number is [protected] and i'm having a GSM connection of Gujarat circle.
When I checked my phone balance today(17 March,2011), I found that it has been reduced by Rs.30. When I called up the reliance customer care to know about this , I was told that the money was deducted on 16 th march,2011(yesterday) at night around 8pm and that it was for the activation of some scheme in R World. But I have not subscribed for, or requested to subscribe for any scheme in R World , till date. So I talked to the supervisor in the customer care service . He then reacted in a very rude manner and told me that I have activated the scheme yesterday and the money will not be refunded.
This is not my first bitter experience with RCom. Several such incidents have happened in the past also.But now Im fed up with their service and decided to lodge this complaint.Im also forced to change my service provider. Anyways , such a pathetic service was not expected from a company like RCom.

Its reg my sony blueray player. I brought this player @ Reliance digital - Kukatpally, hyderabad on 12th Sept 12 with extra 2 years warranty. Recently my sony player facing low sound problem for which i have contacted reliance resq team. After 3 days one of there engineer visited to my place and performed checks and confirmed some faults in the player. On 5th oct-13, There team took my player to their service center and there said with in 3 days there will fix and will return my player. My bad time started from then. After 1 week i have contacted Reliance resq call center[protected]. After multiply tries, Luckily there picked my call, Have informed them reg the issue. There have not provided me with proper details more over staff working in resq call center or not in a position to provide information to the customers. But there said with in 2 days you product will be dispatched. Again after 3 days i have contacted them on same number. This time also, there said the same. Finally on 10th october - I found Reliance digital toll-free number[protected]. Raised case 75182070. This team followed the same words - there said with in 2 days there will contact me with details. Have not heard any thing from them. Today[protected] third time i have raised the case. Have not found any proper response from this team. Its became my daily routine to contact them and bagging them to provide the services. This is worst case. Though we have taken extended warranty, This team is not attending and fixing the issue on timely basis. There are not providing update status to customers. How you expect customer to chase your team every day to provide service. Can't your team is not responsible. you can contact me @ [protected] - Veer

Reliance Communications Limited — Unnecessary charging amount for unusual packs
I use reliance only for free calls purpose, so i recharge with minimum recharge amount and even then i have not subscribe for any unusual pack, they cut the charges and leave the zero balance. In every 2-3 days they cut the balance. within 2-3 days of recharge they cut the full balance by activating unusual packs. The worst service from Reliance Digital.
After a call from Reliance Team, I gave my laptop for repair on 26th Oct 2013 to Reliance ResQ Vashi, but till date no response from Reliance ResQ,
now 1 month passed but they are not even telling me the present situation Of my laptop.
I called around 10 times a day to the customer care number which they gave me, but every time the number is busy.
I am fed up of all this thing, from last 4-5 months reliance resQ is wasting my Time.
I am going to take strict action.

Reliance Communication — Deduction of money in R-world
sir,I am gagan deep joshi serving in Indian Navy in Visakhapatnam. I was downloading wallpapers from R-world but when i went through the option it was showing no data available and Rs. 50 were deducted from my account and there were no wallpapers at all. Later when I contacted customer care and reliance web world they told me that the phone which i am using ie.LG RD 3530 is not supporting the wallpapers and that information would be in the mobile user mannual. There is no such information in the mannual and there is no such intimation in the R-world also. There is also no information to warn that there is such condition.
Therefore it is requested that my money should be returned.
