Lectrema — asking penalty as my qc is failed

Hi team,

I am suma from bangalore.
I am a student and i was looking a part time job i got a call from lectrema team. They did agreement like if i am not give a 90% correct in that forms i should pay fanalty of 4500rs.
Today they call me and said like if you are not paying this will take a legal action against you like that.

How to come out of this as we don't have money to pay in this kind of situation. If i did correct form also they are showing as a wrong i am totally dissopoint with that. Please let me know how i move forward with this.

This is really a fake company. No one will ask a fanalty amount for anyone we did something wrong. I want more clarity about this company.
