I have purchased a handset from leeco india through flipkart on 10.05.2016.
Handset had a technical failure (dead condition) on 14.05.2016 and handed over the same to company authorised service centre (wega electronics) at palakkad. the service engineer told me, since this handset is irreparable i will get a new handset from company within 10 days, the same has been committed by their customer care team when called. after 10 days i contacted the service centre for the status and they told me that no reply got from authorities for the replacement, soon i contacted the company call centre for getting the status of my replacement and they told me that i will receive the replacement within one week. since then i continuously following up with both service centre and customer care team, but they are simply ignoring me.
Hence i want to take legal actions against the company for compensation as they not providing me proper support and solution even after 50 days of the incident.
Herewith attaching the invoice copy of the handset along with the service receipt given by the service centre for further reference
