Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Lakshmi Ammal, my BSNL landphone number is[protected]. This phone is not working since last one year-no incoming / outgoing but I was getting internet. So I submitted cancellation of this line on 31st october 2016. But still I am getting bill and when made an inquiry to BSNL office the employee who received my request retired.
Please help.
