Lenskart India — Abt broken wayfarer eyeglass

Hi I am just irritated about the product I have bought from lenskart.actually I have ordered wayfarer eyeglass-product I'd:i112127, o order id-# 1484436 and order date is 19/08/2016.so, here what the problem is I got the product, after using 3 to 4 times product frame joint has been broken after I was approached lenskart where I order that product but their approach is not fair. I told it was not my mistake it's like manufacturing defect but they didn't listen my words what they told is" what ever it may be you want to buy another new frame" they are telling like this.whats this sir, is this type you r treating ur customers, what's the f#ck is happening sir, I am just irritated.so, pls do me favour.i am from Bangalore the lenskart store is located in marathalli near woodland showroom.
