I booked these packers & movers for packing, loading, transportation. We committed to pay as per the agreed amount and they didn't mention about insurance amount is on the quotation which they didn't say about anything and they only committed to the already said amount and I paid before transportation vehicle started. Once the vehicle reached the destination without unloading people, then I called Niranjan he started about you have to pay the insurance amount which is not mentioned before the vehicle started with he didn't pick my phone then I called to Vinod he says we don't have people for unloading at that place and you can arrange for yourself we will pay back you. For 5 days they are not responding to me correctly and saying you should pay the insurance amount first and behaving badly. I paid my money to them they are using very bad words.
