LetsBuyMobile — Lbm company sending me duplicate wrist watch

i have paid Rs.999/- on dated 25/05/2014.through online banking for the purpose of purchasing EMI without CC Option mobile
phone. You have send the confirmation of said payment as given below:
Order ID LBM25058578
Mobile Phone
EMI without CC Option Rs. 999.After 13 days you have informed me that my credit criteria is not valid for said application.Many times i tried to contact you by phone but no person has been received the phone.
as dated 06/07/2014 i have received one of the watch i.e Stanley co. watch.(this is not a branded cum Dead watch) but as per LBM company term they will give me Branded wrist watch.
its totally cheating.

did not refund amount

i ordered moblie through letsbuymobile now they make excuse that your aplication was rejected. This site is fake . i am going to lodge complaint against this site.
