my order no.lbm17517 is not delivered . the company said we are unable approve your application for mobile on emi at this time. I got massage your side application does not match our policy criteria. i don't know what is the policy of this company and did't tell me anything about company policy. pls do action in this company. this company is totally fake...

Dear Sir, I place the order regarding purchase mobile but they decline the order, because criteria not match, but before placing the order i talk the employee of the Lets Buy co, and they told that my criteria is match after that i place the order and pay Rs 999/- I want to back my money or place the order please help Thanks & Regards Ankur Pal

Company is cheat to customers, Fake people & website, Will post it on every social site that its a fake website so that every one should be aware not. Totaly Bewakof bana rahi hai yeh company Plz. don't vest money online shopping LETSBUYMOBILE.COM.

Dear LBM Team, I had given an order for Micro max Phone on[protected], order id is Order ID LBM17274 the 08-JULY-2014 send me a message that my application is unapproved. receive a massage your application unable to approve what is reason I request you to please refund my money 900/- as soon as possible. i have sended 3 mails up to now but I am not got any replies for my mails. other wise I will go for load fir in consumer.

I call so many times of customer care but they said your application does not match our policy criteria. i don't know what iis the policy of this company and did't tell me anything about company policy. pls do action in this company. this company is totally fake.

i have paid Rs.999/- on dated 25/05/2014.through online banking for the purpose of purchasing EMI without CC Option mobile
phone. You have send the confirmation of said payment as given below:

as dated 06/07/2014 i have received one of the watch i.e Stanley co. watch.(this is not a branded cum Dead watch) but as per LBM company term they will give me Branded wrist watch.
its totally cheating.

Sir, I have ordered a mobile on EMI reference id- LBM02067136 on 02.06.2014. They charge Rs. 999/- from me for booking order online. After some days i received a message "your order has been cancelled due to credit policy not match (PAN Card Cibil Score is low), but in terms condition "Without PAN card 20% is acceptance also". Except this if my order is cancel they provide me a watch within 3 days at my address. I call them many times but there is only one reply we will send early. And today when i call them then i got the reply "you can call us after 30 minutes." I am getting so many difficulties. Please solve my issue.

Fake people & website, They don't have any answer to why they cancel the application, freaks says ur cibil rating should be more then 750 points to get thru. Waited for half an hour on call, people don't even know their CEO name and not willing to share any details for CEO to their customers. CC TL is also of no use. had to wait so long to talk to them that to of no use. Website is only a source to get 1000rs out of peoples pocket. TL only shared an email id i.e [protected]@letsbuymobile.com Will post it on every social site that its a fake website so that every one should be aware not to investing time & money in this site. I have also emailed on the website provided to me.

LBM 11069359 I called to customer care on dated 23.06.14 they asure me that my application is under process and till evening you will receive confirmation and your product delivered within two days.but I receive a massage your application unable to approve what is reason my order was declined on 24.06.14

I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible. i have
sended 3 mails up to now but im not got any replies for my mails. other wise I will go for load fir in consumer forum.

i ordered a micromax mobile through this company on 14/06/2014.application id is 14068183 and they take rs 999/- for application fee..on 24/06/2014 the send me a message that my application is unapproved.my state bank internet banking transaction ref. no. is IGV5699728 ON 14/06/2014. SO I AM REQUESTING TO REFUND MY MONEY IN MY ACC POSITIVELY.

After two months your customer care personel not responding properly for the delay. some time they are not pick the phone also.

I have ordered Micromax Canvas 4 mobile with this website. I have received a SMS from thm stating that my application got rejected. I don't know how they evaluating their credit policy criteria. I think they don't have anything such. I lost my Rs.999 as a processing fee. I came to know that they sending a china made wrist watch for my processing fee.. I dont think that is not at all worth able. My request is forward this message to who ever you care fro this fake company. Someone should raise a complaint in consumer court.
