I had ordered a device for my 4 wheeler. The cost is 8799/- per unit with a 5 yrs subscription.
I made full payment online & the company delivered the product. The box was of a 4 wheeler tracking device. When I opened the box it had a tracking device of a 2 wheeler. I called the company representative & he said it was their packing mistake. He promised to get it replaced but since past 10 days he is not answering my calls. The support teams email reply assures they will sort out but till date no action from them. I want a refund and return the device.
