I had ordered for a different item and they delivered something different and when I scheduled for a return and refund, they picked up the item from my home and I got a mail from that pickup agency that it is delivered to Levi’s office. I was waiting for my refund from that day. It’s been almost 19 days after the return and I did not get the refund. I have tried calling them in customer care number but no response . I have sent two mails to them, I got a reply to my first mail that a ticket has been created for my complaint but later no response. I have sent a second mail two days back and there is no response. Moreover my return status is not reflecting in my profile in Levi’s account. How can a good brand act so irresponsible like this? It has been almost a month now. There is no option to communicate with the customer care also .
