I bought a lexpure water filter 2 days back at the recomendation of the water service technician, as soon as he bought it home i said it is too big and wont fit the space but was assured that it is okay and we will fit it. the product is too big and i can not even open the tap. (see pic attached) i immediatley called the tech who recomended it and he said sorry i cant help u talk to dealer. Dealer Krishna Patil then heard me out and said send me a pic, and then after that has blocked me out and is not responding to calls.
The probelm is the product is too big to fit my space and that i really did not want a ro as well and wanted to get this replaced or returned but they are not replying to me at all anymore. I cannot even open the tap and take out water have to twist the tap and attach a plastic pipe .. i DID NOT WANT THIS. i wanted a smaller product that fits the space and i can use to fill a bottle or glass from nicely.
Am shudddering to think what kind of service this is ? Dumping your product on a customer and not caring about what they want.
