Liberty Freelancing Service Demanding Money — unauthorised charges with fake demands

A company called me one day and offered me a data entry job from this number is[protected]. He gave me work for 7 days with 720 forms. And minimum accuracy was 90% correct form. Joining fees was 4999/- which will be deducted after completing this work. Due to multiple login accounts blocked and he is saying now that if you want to reactivate your account you should pay 7999 and if you want to close this work you need to pay 4999 rupees which are joining fees
